1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Nkosi's Natural Beauty Products will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt a second delivery or contact you to arrange collection or redelivery. Additional charges may apply if the parcel is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by providing your order number and clear photographs of the package and products.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by courier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
